Electronic Screen Syndrome

So a couple months agoi was sleep deprived, and i continued to work on the computer for long periods of time.

all of the sudden i strted havin panic attacks where i couldnt breath and had anxiety attacks. after that i went like a whole week wihout looking at screens and i got better, but im not relieved of these symptoms. any prolonged time working on the computer makes me feel small needle pin esque pain in various parts of the body (tooth, arm, etc)

and if i abuse it too long then i end up getting anxiety attacks.

i looked it up and i see theres something called electronic screen syndrome, and apparently some psychiatrists recommend a 3-4 week electronic screen fast.

unfortunately, thats what im going to do now.

take care guys

Hope you feel better lakehouse

Blue Light filter man, the blue light is really harmful. All my screens have this yellowish tint now because I always keep the blue light enabled. Also becuase I study a lot at the moment, I did purchase an e-reader, reading using a PC is rubbish, but the e-ink displays on the e-readers make huge difference, like you read a real book.

its not the blue light because i have clinically proven blue blocker glasses

i now have anxiety disorder added to my symptom list
