Eight Years of Horrendous Sleep Without Knowing it Was Caused by Fin

finatruth, you’re talking specifically about the shifting in estrogen and progesterone receptors? As for me, apart from the grinding and clenching, I can mention that I never had cavities before crashing when I was 29 years old, and since, I had at least 4 or 5.

I was trying to find the thread where someone was recently saying that he needed to get away from the forum for a while, but I couldn’t remember his name. I just realized I need to do the same. I think I got enough information to deal with this problem on my own. The truth is I feel the forum has been feeding my depression the last couple of months, and the more I felt depressed, the more I came back to the forum. I now feel that it’s unhealthy for me to keep coming here, and I won’t be checking posts for at least a couple of months. I believe it’s the best thing I can do right now for my recovery.

Living dead, I have a question for you before you leave. In Chi’s thread, you mentioned that you are taking some anti parasite or anti bacterial medicine. How do you feel after taking those? Did they do any good or you are worse? Do you recommend taking medicine for gut problems or not?

Sorry, Why, I’m just seeing your post now. I did feel better after taking these two drugs, but it’s hard to tell to what extent it helped me because just after that, I had to stay up 36 hours to finish a job and after my sleep was completely fucked up and I felt like complete crap. I don’t regret taking these drugs, but if you can get the comprehensive test done and get similar results as Chi, you should probably do it with natural stuff and with alimentation since the problem is not just to kill a gut parasite. In my case, I couldn’t get the comprehensive test in the country where I live right now and I did have a parasite.
