You need RT3, cortisol (saliva), FT3, and E2, in order to have some sort of idea of your situation. You may want to test progesterone or pregnenolone too. If you pay for your tests, I would recommend you not to test LH and FSH. They are used to check for primary hypogonadism, which you don’t have.
