Better take some biotin with those eggs unless you want to become deficient.
Don’t think I’ve ever seem a study showing biotin inhibits DHT, or ever heard of it being used in that sense. Otherwise it would be used in regimes for prostate cancer and MPB for reasons other than it’s needed for hair growth.
People who eat eggs every day can develop a biotin deficiency and that’s not a good thing, unless you enjoy dermatitis among other bad things.
Also biotin boosts IGF-1: ergo-log.com/biotinigf1.html
As for Acetylcholine, if what you said were true then I’d imagine piracetam would have the same effect, or you could use lecithin which is dirt cheap.
As for soy derived PS being an anti-androgen:
It’s the opposite, by lowering costisol it increases testosterone.
I’ve tried a biotin supplement, and within hours, the pitch of my voice went way up, penis shrank, libido completely gone. All signs that it wiped out my dht levels. I discontinued the biotin, and all of these effects resolved.
This link shows the evidence linking biotin to lowering dht:google.com/search?q=biotin+d … 1I7ADRA_en

Excellent sources of biotin include chard, tomatoes, romaine lettuce, and carrots. Very good sources include almonds, chicken eggs, onions, cabbage, cucumber, and cauliflower. Good sources includes goat’s milk, cow’s milk, raspberries, strawberries, halibut, oats, and walnuts.Eggs are a great source of biotin. I eat several foods from this list, and so i’m getting plenty of biotin from food. Supplementing with biotin is disasterous for a man trying to maintain or raise his dht levels.
Wow, ok I was willing to entertain your opinion for a little while but your ideas are borderline counterproductive and at best unbacked.
A google search of “biotin dht” proves nothing, show me a study.
Also a drop in DHT would NOT raise the pitch of your voice, and alter penis size within hours, that is ridiculous. Proof? Look at transgendered people.
Also: “Nonetheless, a diet that contains raw egg whites quickly and almost invariably leads to biotin deficiency.”

Yes cooking them helpes deactivate some of the avidin, but to deactivate it all requires a LOT of cooking.
That study failed to mention where the ps they used in the study was derived from. Soy is widely known to be a powerful anti androgen.

“Traditionally, PS supplements were derived from bovine cortex (BC-PS); however, due to the potential transfer of infectious diseases, soy-derived PS (S-PS) has been established as a safe alternative”
The study used the soy derived.
Nope, not counterproductive or unbacked, but scientifically valid. All you need to do is READ:

I guess I don’t understand why whenever I try to post something beneficial here, somebody tries to knock it down. I’m begining to think coming here was simply a mistake.
A google search does nothing, go onto pubmed and find me some science.
I’m not saying DHT doesn’t effect voice, libido, or the creation of male characteristics. I am saying that a drop in DHT would produce no change in anything other than libido in a few hours/days/weeks. To suggest otherwise is ridiculous, look at trans-gendered people, males turning into females. They need to take hormones for YEARS before their voices change, and even then they don’t most of the time. People who have been castrated, giving them virtually no DHT what so ever don’t have their voices change much if at all.
This topic is ridiculous and counter-productive to the intent of this forum. Unless you can point to a scientific study I’m done talking about this.
