I find im always popping my ears, like there is trapped pressure in my sinuses. Not sure if related to pfs. But i have that, a slight pressure in my forehead, behind my eyes.
Yup I also get this. I also get Eustachian tube dysfunction and my ears clogs and rings every 3 weeks like clock work. Just like a pregnant women with rising and falling hormonal levels
This is weird.
I get the exact same thing too. Ears popping, sometimes ringing and the mucus in my nose has changed. I barely ever produce war wax or the stuff in my eyes after waking up. Interestingly, all this stuff normalises if I stop ejaculating.
how old are you? I Know my sinuses have gotten crazy the past few years. Also this is a horrendous sinus year if you are in the east.
I have this issue too. Was made 10 x worse when I sampled Progesterone cream.
