Dying Woman's 'Compassionate' Plea to Merck...

Ironic: Merck WON’T give one of its potentially helpful drugs to, Mikaela Knapp, a dying 25-year-old woman. And yet they continue to push Propecia – which could potentially ruin the health of any man who takes it – on patients around the globe:

Interesting to note that Knapp’s Change.org petition has gotten more than 125,000 signatures:

The lesson for Propecia victims is that, to get such public support, you have to go public.

Sadly IMO the public won’t have much sympathy for us, as some might say we took a vanity drug. Hope that’s not the case though.

If those scum bags at Merck include that dying woman in their trial they would only do it for publicity and going on the past safety record of some of their drugs, she might be better off without it.
