The prostate is this walnut shaped gland that you can feel in your
anus facing the front… Ie, it’s close to your stomach and not
your
back.I basically wash my hands and lube my thumb up real well. I’ll
stick
it up there like a thumb’s up and push up until you feel a lump.
Continue to push your thumb up as high as it can go (gotta relax)
and
then push on the right side from the right edge towards the middle.
Kind of pushing in a diagonal direction, top left to bottom right.
Then vice versa for the other side.The go down the center ridge from top to bottom. Then I do the same
in the opposite motion. As long as you are moving the pressure from
left to right or top to bottom, you are good.I usually ejaculate first, then take a hot sitz bath then drain BUT
this is when I became better. At first it was wayyy too painful for
me to ejaculate.It took a long time and you may not see results right away.
Actually
I think my symptoms were like a roller coaster, getting
better/worse
at times.The more the fluid, the better it will be. If you feel a popping
sensation (like cracking your knuckles), it’s a very positive sign.
It is probably advisible to be either on antibiotics or be towards the end of an antibiotic regimin for this to be effective. Ie. you don’t want to go septic.
You have to continue to do this everyday and “feel” where the prostate is clogged. I noticed that in order to drain the front part of my prostate, it’s easier to use my index finger.
I also noticed that when I first unclogged my prostate, a thick, mucous-y (jelly like) substance came out. After repeated drainages over the next few days, the fluid actually became more watery and milky (normal prostate fluid).
Maybe there is progress anytime you get a mucous type discharge?
