Hey, Mew. Just want to note that Dr. McCullough is no longer with the NYU Medical Center. I called to make an appointment with him last week but was told he doesn’t work out of there any longer. I’ve been trying to track him down, but information on him seems scant. I’ll post again if I’m able to figure out if he’s still practicing and, if so, where.
I believe he moved to Albany. I think this is his most up-to-date location but I am not completely certain. He comes highly recommended from other doctors familiar with PFS for those who are close to upstate NY.
