I no longer feel this way. I think it was inflammation and change of shape in the prostate, maybe lack of androgen influx, which altered blood flow and pressured/pinched nerves, both which change tissue and nerve feeling, dynamics.
But this has all improved immensely…
Yes, this is I believe what he specializes in. Testing erection quality, and such. All the hookups, dopplers, etc. However, once you do find out, what you probably already know (i.e. blood flow problems), its not like its going to then change your recovery approach or anything. We all already have an idea of what we need to do in order to facilitate recovery, and this is all listed on this site already.
Idk, if you’re in NY and have the funds, then maybe go for it… Who knows, maybe he has some new tips or information/ideas.
Fyi, if you’re having problems with loss of feeling and blood flow, sitz baths and warm baths help a lot, I’m talking over the course of months, as well as providing immediate symptomatic relief.
Also, staying active (I work outdoors on trees), diet (big help), stress reduction (family and friends, keeping your mind off it, relaxing or relaxation techniques, sometimes a little red wine), wearing loose fitting pants with elastic wastebands, etc. all have helped me recover, tremendously.
Good luck fellas. You can recover. It just takes a year or two for most.
Try to stay active and eat right!
