Mew, have you contacted him? Is he treating PFS?

Haven’t talked to him, but he posted the blog post about being against Finasteride. Seems like he’s interested to help in some capacity, no idea about the type of treatments he offers or if he can assist beyond standard blood tests etc.

Ok, I have emailed him. Hopefully he gets back to me. Sounds like from his blog he has seen PFS patients. From the tenor of his posts doesnt really sound like he has had success. But its always interesting to hear Docs different views on this since they vary so widely.

I emailed him too - no response

Did you have any luck boston?

might follow it up at some point if i dont get results with my current guys.

No, nothing from him either. Doesnt sound too promising if we don’t even get back a form email. I’d call but they will probably just tell me to book an appointment.

Might be worth a call

Im waiting to see the story with my own endo, i told my guy about Dr Rynne and he was interested so he might contact him himself.

Not much use getting 100x appointments with different endos. End of the day we all know basically what the different treatments are, going from appointment to appointment is just going through the motions and essentially lining their pockets.

Really, any infomartion he has he should be able to share with my current endo.

Did anyone get a response from him ?

I talk to him a few years ago. Wanted to get me on DHT. I declined.

I highly recommend Andrew Rynne he is one of the good guys while he doesnt have a magic cure for PFS he recognises PFS exists and is willing to work with patients to try and find solutions for PFS.

The only problem I have is that I have to drive 30miles to go and see him when I should be able to talk to my own Doctor who is on the same road as me but is completely useless.

Any liuck with Dr Rynne Mark?has he reccomneded anything? yet to see my GP or what i should be doing ut always good to see if there are any DRs around worth seeing

As far as I can remember he didnt recommend anything. The main thing is that he does recognise PFS and will not treat you like your some sort of mental patient like most of the other doctors I have met do.

Also he was open for me to try a few different treatments such as clomid.

He by no means has all the answers but atleast hes willing to help and will actually listen.

My own doctor tried to blame all my problems on “depression” even after it had cleared up.

If you have any questions you could try emailing him he will normally respond wihtin 24 hours.
