Also, I have voiding issues and bowel control issues that developed at the same time. Very high level of pelvic numbness and yet no pelvic pain. Have been on SSRIs in the past. I need a neuro-endocrinologist rather than one specialist I feel. If I could visit Dr. Mariano I would have loved to do that.

is it worth making appointment with jacobs or will he just offer TRT? Im in NY area and thinking of making appointment but if his only answer is TRT then i may as well wait a little longer.

Did you read the thread? His method is TRT. It doesn’t help most people.
