Anyone had a doppler ultrasound? Did it reveal anything? Any explanation for girth loss. I notice when i get an erection it is the girth that is the real issue yet it does feel harder than pre propecia - smaller but harder - tissue changes? Over time will this improve? I have to say sexually i have somewhat recovered finding it easier to acheive erection at night. Mornings are not so good. I do have some morning erections though just not able to voluntary. For me i think dopamine is a big issue. And maybe prolactin. I know people are generally anti -antidepressant but if it reduces prolactin, reduces cortisol, increases dopamine, improves sleep, increases noradrenaline and serotonin i think it may be worth a shot in my case. Its no way to live like this. It may give us a chance to recover. I know people worry about them but only SSRIs and tricyclics give potential awful problems in the vast majority and maybe they don’t work as well as some people think but they still stastically help people.
I asked my uro about this, but he did not see it necessary due to my age(?). I know exactly what you mean - the tissue is harder and feels more rubbery and not like something healthy and expanding making it narrow when erect?
It has gotten a bit better though, it looked like it was strangled and beaten when quitting fin…
