Here is the synthesis of how phenylalanine converts to tyrosine -> dopamine -> epinephrine (adrenalin).
I like this chart…it’s vey important to understand this process…It also explains how important nutrition are for one’s chemistry.
Phenylaline
Tyrosine
Vitamin B6
Vitamin C
sAME
Cortisol
Vitamin B6 could be a missing link in this
Vitamin B6, also known as pyridoxine hydrochloride, is essential for reproductive processes, healthy pregnancies, and the proper functioning of the nervous system and the immune system. Vitamin B6 is needed for more than 100 enzymes involved in protein metabolism and red blood cell metabolism. It prevents skin disorders, tooth decay, nervous disorders and provides protection against diabetes, and certain types of heart disease.

Pyroluria (originally known as malvaria) is a genetic abnormality in hemoglobin synthesis resulting in a deficiency of zinc and vitamin B6. People with pyroluria produce excess amounts of a byproduct from hemoglobin synthesis, called OHHPL (hydroxyhemoppyrrolin-2-one). In these people an excess amount of pyrrole is found in the urine. Associated changes in fatty acid metabolism lead to low levels of arachidonic acid (an omega-6 fatty acid). The presence of pyroluria can have a profound effect on mental and physical health and was first discovered in relation to schizophrenia.

Get a pill cutter…Buy 100mg of Vit. B6 and split it up in 50mg half. Take one in the morning and one in the late afternoon.
That’s what I’m doing of course with a Vit. B complex.
may not be as simple as a pill cutter and a b complex, we shall see
Someone with similar sides due to steroids claims to have successfully recovered with this routine, focusing on neurotransmitters/dopamine:
500 mg panothenic acid
1500 mg choline bitartrate
500 mg tyrosine
500 mg phenylalanine
400 mcg folic acid
100 mg b-6
500 mg c
2 mg chelated coppeer
2.5 mg bromocriptine
I’ve tried all of the b vitamins in high doses. A little boost in the front, then nothing. Expensive piss. This is deeper than missing a vitamin such as b, if not we’d have found it by now.
