Dopamine and Testosterone Increasing Techniques

Hi guys,

Just wanted to share something with you that may help some of you.

Firstly, a little about me… I’m 28 and i’ve been suffering from PFS since around December 2012. I’ve been fortunate not to suffer with brain fog but my sex drive which was previously sky high totally vanished and I suffer from quite bad ED, as well as curvature of the penis. I have tried everything short of TRT to get better (a lot of what I have done is documented in the discussion in CDNuts Recovery thread… loads of prescription meds, natural supps, water fasting, diet and exercise, etc) and with the exception of vaporising cannabis which I discovered recently, nothing has really given me any benefit.

However, one thing I thought I would share that seems to help that I have had recommended to me is the use of Dopamine and Testosterone Increasing Techniques; it is something you can try with a partner involving creating intimacy based around a few principles that you can use to manipulate and increase production.

Ive been using the techniques for a month or so and it has resulted in more drive and desire and fuller and thicker erections naturally, with me not needing to rely on Viagra as I have in the past. Im not saying its a silver bullet and that it will resolve everything, but it certainly makes things feel a lot more normal and natural and if you are in a similar predicament to myself it may help you too. Also, I’m hoping that repeating such exercises over a long period will lead to long term improvement… I do find myself having improvement for a few days after undertaking a boosting exercise and have on occasion performed twice a day, which until recently would have been totally impossible for me. Again, its not been a total cure and erection strength etc. still varies, but it has certainly helped me at this early stage and may help you too.

I found about the techniques from a guy named Mark Wilson who runs the website boost-your-low-testosterone. … facts.html , with most of the few things that I have benefitted from being discussed on this site. He is an incredibly knowledgeable guy and answers all emails you send him regarding your personal issues, and has experience of helping a lot of PFS guys… I know he has previously helped CDNuts regarding his recovery. I’d highly recommend contacting him and explaining where you are at and what works or doesn’t seem to work for you to date.

Hope this helps!
Will

Thanks Will,

Could you give more info on what these technique entail?

Swill, I don’t see an update from you on cdnuts’ thread. Are you saying you ran through cdnuts’ protocol and haven’t seen noticeable improvements?

Thanks.

Sorry guys, I’ve been away and had no access to the net, hence my delay in replying.

Sure thing, its basically tricks that ‘hack’ into your primal instinct, stuff that would drive you far more horny than usual even if you weren’t having PFS issues. It’s based around building scenario’s where you will have lots of dopamine, and resultantly a natural boost in testosterone, from the sexual encounters. Its based around creating situations away from ‘the same old routine’ sexually, that are exciting and give you that rush, and kind of create the feel of a first time encounter even if you have been with a partner for ages. Its based around separation and isolation and whilst it may not help people that are ‘dead’ down there and id understand some people being cynical about it, it has genuinely helped me out a bit and given that ‘rush’ that we all miss, rather than ‘making the effort’ when it comes to sex which we all have.

I highly recommend you contact Mark Wilson regarding this as he explains it fantastically and far better than myself. Let me know how you get on!

I’ve ran through a load of CDNuts protocol yes and am nowhere near cured, but still chipping away at it. In all honesty the water fast hasn’t really seemed to have particularly helped me unfortunately, which is a shame as it is one of the hardest things I’ve ever done.

I still train in the gym with resistance weight training and get my cardio from playing football (soccer to you yanks) once a week, and am in the best shape of my life, toned and defined. I still eat very clean, paleo and organic where possible with carb backloading, but am not super militant as have found that the odd cheat meal doesn’t affect me negatively at all. I don’t believe I have ‘bulked’ as much as I should being on this diet and training regime, but I by no means ‘look ill’, i was fit before this mess and maybe that has helped me a lot, and with my diet dialled in i am certainly more ‘toned’ than I have ever been right now. This protocol certainly does positive things to the body.

One disappointment is that the DHT pro hormones did not have the positive effect I had hoped and didn’t help me at all, and that includes the elusive AndroHard V3. All the pro hormones did is affect my mood negatively and make me aggressive. I have no doubt that these help some people (due to my hypothesis in the next paragraph) but not myself.

I believe from personal experience and speaking to people that have recovered that this is a multi-faceted issue that can affect several mechanisms, hence what has helped some doesn’t others… it depends on how you’ve been hit. I also believe that as a result of this, you need to look at treating several mechanisms to bring about resolution. I believe my major issue is neurological, and thats why I’m investigating things that could help the brain, which is essentially what the technique I mention above does.

The key thing from CDNuts thread that too many people skirt over is that of time… I believe in the principle of what he did as it is common sense that the more healthy you are in your living habits over a longer time, the greater chance you have of recovering, hence my continued efforts.

First off great job Swill on your efforts toward recovery. Don’t know if you thought about this yet but remember CDnuts did 3 extended water fast over the course of his recovery. I’m really broke and can’t afford to do this other wise I would. He also followed them up with raw for Months although he now doesn’t think it’s nessesary now but you never know.

One of his last post in 2010 he mentions he’s gonna do another extended water fast and expects to be cured as he’s in the best shape of his life going into his last fast which is after his androhard cycles. Then returns in 2013 cured. So be did one last fast followed by paleo and exercise then eventually cured. Just some thoughts. CDnuts is a legend. Only few have the discipline to follow through on this consistently over TIME. You can do it SWILL !!! Someday I’m gonna follow through on it for sure.

For now I’m learning to be happy no matter what. You never know where life will lead you might as well TRY.

Thank you Justin but I don’t deserve any credit, just doing like we all are and trying to recover. You are absolutely right with your last sentence too… the biggest step forward i’ve made this year is that this doesn’t dominate every facet and aspect of my life (I’m fortunately not horrendous like some, where I’m sure this is far more difficult).

I have half considered another water fast but to be honest I felt the last one gave me several steps back so its not anything I would do short or medium term. Also, with the raw diets, I don’t particularly feel like crap after the odd cheat meal so don’t feel this would benefit me either, I would just lose more mass and I feel my physical condition at the moment is a positive factor in helping me against this crap. Good lifestyle choices over time is what i’m shooting for.

Me and CD are actually friends and still communicate away from this forum from time to time, his dedication should indeed be commended, as should his willingness to come back and help us out. He seems really happy where he is right now, which is fantastic to hear.

Hey swill, I use a lot of Mark Wilson’s stuff too. Have you made any progress over the past two years of pfs?

Send cd some love from us. Never got the pleasure of meeting him but i’ve voraciously read though all of his posts.

Any of you guys contacted Mark regarding this? Curious to hear how you are getting on?

Not contacted him yet, been using some interesting visualisation techniques from the site at night and planning to start cycling boosters when I shift the fat I’ve accumulated. Interestingly, he had an account here for a bit, around the time cdnuts contacted him.
