Hi guys,
Just wanted to share something with you that may help some of you.
Firstly, a little about me… I’m 28 and i’ve been suffering from PFS since around December 2012. I’ve been fortunate not to suffer with brain fog but my sex drive which was previously sky high totally vanished and I suffer from quite bad ED, as well as curvature of the penis. I have tried everything short of TRT to get better (a lot of what I have done is documented in the discussion in CDNuts Recovery thread… loads of prescription meds, natural supps, water fasting, diet and exercise, etc) and with the exception of vaporising cannabis which I discovered recently, nothing has really given me any benefit.
However, one thing I thought I would share that seems to help that I have had recommended to me is the use of Dopamine and Testosterone Increasing Techniques; it is something you can try with a partner involving creating intimacy based around a few principles that you can use to manipulate and increase production.
Ive been using the techniques for a month or so and it has resulted in more drive and desire and fuller and thicker erections naturally, with me not needing to rely on Viagra as I have in the past. Im not saying its a silver bullet and that it will resolve everything, but it certainly makes things feel a lot more normal and natural and if you are in a similar predicament to myself it may help you too. Also, I’m hoping that repeating such exercises over a long period will lead to long term improvement… I do find myself having improvement for a few days after undertaking a boosting exercise and have on occasion performed twice a day, which until recently would have been totally impossible for me. Again, its not been a total cure and erection strength etc. still varies, but it has certainly helped me at this early stage and may help you too.
I found about the techniques from a guy named Mark Wilson who runs the website boost-your-low-testosterone. … facts.html , with most of the few things that I have benefitted from being discussed on this site. He is an incredibly knowledgeable guy and answers all emails you send him regarding your personal issues, and has experience of helping a lot of PFS guys… I know he has previously helped CDNuts regarding his recovery. I’d highly recommend contacting him and explaining where you are at and what works or doesn’t seem to work for you to date.
Hope this helps!
Will
