Just thinking aloud here… there have been a couple of people who reported massive improvements in the mental sides through a raw food diet. I don’t believe that those improvements were determined by the food being raw, but rather by food that is healthy and easy to digest.
So, how can we be sure that the improvements reported in this thread (mostly mental, except for tryingnottoworry) are due to spinach and not to the ingestion of a huge quantity of a healthy food that is also easy to digest? What I mean is that I strongly suspect that you could get the same results by eating a lot of any vegetables and fruit.
If our problem was caused by dolichol deprivation, everybody would recover by eating 1 kg of spinach per day. On the other hand, we know that some PFS sufferers benefit from a healthy diet and some don’t. So, the improvements reported in this thread, experienced by only a subset of people, might just be caused by a healthy diet, no?
