one of my effects is chronic insomnia, I am 20 years old but I can have erections, my question is, does zolpidem worsen erections, sensitivity and orgasms? or does it not affect? And if so, does it resolve after stopping the medication?

For reference my main symptoms are AR silencing, head to toe tissue wastage, and fatigue.
I’ve taken zolp for several years both before and during PFS, never experienced sexual side effects. Also never experienced any post-drug symptoms when taking a break. The immediate release (IR) worked very well for me pre-PFS (~6.7mg), not well at all with PFS. The extended release (ER) has been doing pretty well with PFS and I keep my dose on the low side…6.25mg.
