Does your scrotum hang lower than normal? I don’t mean always – obviously, when it’s cold it gets tight again --, but when it’s in the loose state.

Mine drags on the ground. What would you get from answers? We know we are not normal.how would this help you fix /diagnose the issue? how would this help to the knowledge of medical community?

When I was on finasteride, my testicles were always in the tight mode - NEVER in the loose mode. Of course that at that time I didn’t realize what was happening nor did I give a shit to it. I just didn’t give too much attention to my testicles before finasteride.

They remained in the same tight mode after quitting, until month 9 or 10, when they started to get better from time to time.

They now are pretty much normal, i.e., loose mode when it’s warm and tight mode when it’s cold. This somehow came together with my spikes in mood and numbness.

Hope it helps.

Actually I meant, whether it hangs lower than before finasteride. Of course it’s supposed to hang low sometimes to some extent and for some more than others. But do you feel finasteride made it hang even lower?

I’m trying to draw a real picture of the side effects. In this forum people can have imagined themselves a lot of coincidental stuff that really isn’t causal. I think statistics can help. As we already can see, not everybody got a lower hanging scrotum from finasteride. I think I may even have seen more people who say they the oppsite.
And a big part of us don’t have pudendal neuropathy and muscle twitching either. It’s a lot easier, when we know what’s really happening to us.
Erectile dysfunction and depression on the other hand seem like the things that everybody has.

I’m going through the same deal right now. Mine have gotten so tight it’s uncomfortable. I honestly have rather large ones in there all kidding aside.
Is there a way to PM here as I would like to know if you did anything to help.
Even my GF has noticed. It’s fine just age a hot bath or heat pad until the next mid morning when I can feel them going back up so my theory is its a blood flow thing since that’s part of an ED side effect.
Trying to find a uroligist in my area but what would I even tell him?
