What exactly are you talking about? People need more details, you did not specify what skin, where on the body, or what you mean… one sentence does not give the full picture.
I am at the point now where the wrinkled looking dick comes and goes. It used to be constant. The only reason it is wrinkled is because the fullness has gone away. That skin is still there, so it wrinkles up on to it self. When my penis is full and not all shriveled up tight the wrinkles are gone. It can alternate between full and shriveled many times a day. But yes, it can disappear.
The excess skin on the penis and the skin wrinkling on the penis is what I’m referring to.
Depends on how full it is. If it’s small it’s wrinkled and it sucks. I started putting vitamin E on it right after shower and it seems to help in skin quality + sensation department.

yes it goes away. but the penis skin is still somewhat loose, and the flaccid penis is not firm as it used to be. also, erections are not hard as they used to be.
