Hey guys i just wondered if saw palmetto effects neurosteroids like fin does? i cant find any info on the internet that it does and in what concentrations. My issue relates to the gaba recepter. I react really bad to benzos or anything that binds to the gaba recepter. Now even crash from bad sleep because then allopreganalone increases and overstimulates my gaba. Is there a way to lower allo a little bit without finasteride to upregulate the gaba receptors? Because my allo is to high now and it prevents me from healing. I am interested in saw palmetto but dont now if it actually lowers serum allopreganalone.
