Does cardiovascular exercise make you feel better or worse?

I don’t think we have a thread for this specifically at the moment and it is certainly an interesting topic. On thursday i did some very intense cardio for the first time in months and my symptoms have since gotten much, much worse. How does cardiovascular exercise make others feel? if strength training is your thing go feel free to discuss that too.

Obviously with our condition we don’t know what could be responsible for things like this, but i would take a guess that it is some sort of cortisol crash.

Cardiovascular exercise makes me feel better. Although only in mental and physical sides (i.e. ability to focus and muscle condition), sexual sides are exactly the same. I am starting to experiment with different types of exercise that could improve sexual symptoms, but not onto anything yet. My goal is to just continue my exercise protocol for years and see where it leads…
