I did some research and found the most recurring 3 supplements mentioned were the three in the link above. They all seem to contain combinations of the ingredients mentioned in other threads that help, I just wondered if there was anything more/less effective about these forms and why. It makes sense to take one pill vs. 4 different ones, as these seem geared specifically towards their function. Alot of people seem to dismiss pills labled as sex enhancers due to the ridiculous amount of advertisement for them, but these sound very similar to what has been mentioned. Would it be better to take the working ingredients (zinc, arginine, etc) seperately? Thanks.
