sometimes it feels good to talk with each other cause no1 else knows what we are going through, I am from LA and am 36 yo, let me know if you want to connect, it can be in person, via phone, messaging apps, and whatnot.
I lived in LA for 7 years and PFS started for me while I was there. I moved back to UK as it all got too much….otherwise I would have met up with you.
I saw Dr Schneider from Waves Psychiatry who was really good. He is aware of PFS and would be a good person to speak to if you needed it
