hi everyone, First my story: i have been reading this forum for about 3 years. i never posted before because i dont write english well . anyway i took saw palmetto for about 1 year and started to notices a gradual lost of libido, penis disconnected from brain, ect. But the worst part was the shrinking/lost of size. my penis used to be so big that girls some times were scary of it, i remember i used to have hard erections all the time without thinking of a girl and i had to seat just to wait until was normal again because i was embarrassed that people would notice it . Now is smaller than when i was 5 years old. I didnt have a crash, everything happens very slow for me. i always was able to have sex, but sometimes it was difficult to keep the erection. The only blood test i had it was a testosterone test one time because i went to see an urologist because i noticed 2 cyst in my testicles(one each one), the ultrasound came back normal he said that testicles cysts are normal and i had nothing to worry about, i mentioned the problems that i was having after took saw palmetto , he ignored me an said i was fine, then i asked him for the testosterone test , i think it came back like 400, guest what he said to that too. there was times that i was feeling ok, like one week every 2 or 3 months, but during the last 4 or 5 months those periods of recoveries have been increasing especially after i started to take some organic multivitamins, i remember the first day i took the multivitamin that night i had the hardest erections in the last 3 or 4 years and i had to masturbate like 3 times that night, after that i have been feeling like 80% recovery with somedays feeling better that other , of course i already noticed that i have to keep the good sleep(8 hours), workout at least 2 times a week , and never drink too much alcohol , if i miss in some of those rules i inmediately go back to 0 again. My penis is more connected with my brain again( that part still need to improve a lot) , im having spontaneous erections more frequently and is not close to the body like it used to be all the time.it look a litle bigger but still is really flacid in flacid stage, i can bend it easly and the width is not even close to what it was thats my bigger concern, i didnt lost a lot of length. i read some posts in here talking about theories and treatment with cell inyections and other things , i want to know if the tissue in the penis s able to regenerate by itself and if someone here has successed in this area after recovery, please . thank u guys.
