Wow, yes! I have ear pressure and brain fog after eating, but I don’t have depression. I don’t masturbate so maybe that’s my issue
For ear pressure and brain fog, I recently discovered that mine seems to be alleviated by performing the Valsalva maneuver. It is not always instantaneous but it does seem to provide relief. It is odd because I didn’t expect it to work really but the brain fog sensation does tend to dissipate for me when I play with this.
My doctor told me I likely have Eustachian Tube Dysfunction. I think what might have happened is that I had an allergic reaction to Finasteride which caused my body to develop a strong post-nasal drip, which in turn blocks the Eustachian tubes, causing pressure in the middle ear to grow. When eating, the body produces mucus at a faster rate, which might explain why it tends to happen then.
I also noticed I have this sensation after working out. Even in my past I’ve noticed Eustachian tube issues when working out – I could always hear my breathing deeply, as if the tubes were wide open (part of their function is to block out sound from the inner body). I think they open during exertion to prevent these pressure issues.
Well, I hope it helps.
