Does anyone else have this rare form of pfs

Basically if I go longer than 4 days without masturbation:

My ears are full of pressure

Eating meals starts to give me major brain fog

I’m severely depressed

Hair starts falling out

Etc.

After masturbating:

I feel significantly better

No brain fog after meals for a few days

Almost normal

Hair loss stops/slows downs

Has anyone experienced this before? I post on Reddit because it seems no one responds on here ever but I would like to hear from those still active on here

I agree, I do have the same but never posted because too many things and people would not believe it. But I remember someone else had made similar posts long ago.

Has it improved for you at all?

Even a little?

it keeps changing, better or worse. I would say I am still where I was at the beginning… While hungry feels normal but right after eating meal feel strangely weak and like dying. My digestion is also very slow and get indigestion and nausea very easily. To fix this i eat like 50% or 60%.

Wow, yes! I have ear pressure and brain fog after eating, but I don’t have depression. I don’t masturbate so maybe that’s my issue

For ear pressure and brain fog, I recently discovered that mine seems to be alleviated by performing the Valsalva maneuver. It is not always instantaneous but it does seem to provide relief. It is odd because I didn’t expect it to work really but the brain fog sensation does tend to dissipate for me when I play with this.

My doctor told me I likely have Eustachian Tube Dysfunction. I think what might have happened is that I had an allergic reaction to Finasteride which caused my body to develop a strong post-nasal drip, which in turn blocks the Eustachian tubes, causing pressure in the middle ear to grow. When eating, the body produces mucus at a faster rate, which might explain why it tends to happen then.

I also noticed I have this sensation after working out. Even in my past I’ve noticed Eustachian tube issues when working out – I could always hear my breathing deeply, as if the tubes were wide open (part of their function is to block out sound from the inner body). I think they open during exertion to prevent these pressure issues.

Well, I hope it helps.
