Does anybody else only “half-sleep/rest nap”?

Pls write me directly at moviepostercollectors@gmail.com.

As I’ve annoyingly reported here many times, I took FIN for 15 years, which completely obliterated my “sleeping computer” in June 2014.

Completely independently I was somehow naturally 1000% cured of worst-case scenario PFS in 2.5 years (Dec 2014-June 2017).

My FIN sleeping dysfunction predated PFS by six months and has persisted six years, 3.5 years. (Yikes!)

Just as oddly, it CHANGED drastically over time.

Insomnia was horrific for first six months, head felt like it weighed 50 pounds, very painful, I wrote a death note assuming I was dying!

Fast-forward two years. My sleeping pills (risparidone/nortriptyline) stopped working in Nov 2016 and since then I quite impossibly have rarely slept unconsciously. Instead I take random “rest naps” for random time lengths. I positively do not fall unconscious, just lie still, drowsy, incapacitated. It is unpleasant and I manually shift positions to become more comfortable. I keep hoping sleep will ensue but it never does. I eventually arise and feel fine and rested. Time passes slowly… Repeat a zillion times since 2016:

Belsomra occasionally works but rarely to put me to sleep.

Please contact me - but only if you “half sleep” and function fine just on those. Thanks!
