as stated above, i know it blocks dht, and is for bph, and i know i got testicle pain from it, any1 know which organ it inhibits for it to work and block dht?
any way to help out the 5ar reductase, and would hcg clomid therapy help,clomid for anti estrogen and hcg for increase in test which increases dht?correct?
As i understand it 5 alpha reductase type 2 is an enzyme that is found in a high density in prostate and genital tissue so it would make sense that inhibition of this enzyme would show effects on these organs.
If the problem is a deficiency in 5 alpha reductase then, in theory, increasing 5 alpha reductase would be the solution.
The real problem is that the human body is so incredibly complex that even the most cutting edge scientists don’t know everything about it, so it is very difficult to make a black and white statement about what the problem behind post fin syndrome is. Finasteride seems to effect different people in different ways, so the solution and treatment will not necessarily be the same for everyone either.
Sorry, i know this statement doesn’t really answer your question, i guess what i’m saying is that i don’t know if there is necessarily a cookie cutter solution to this problem. You have to research, way up the pros and cons and ultimately decide what is best for yourself. The treatment you are suggesting could hypothetically work for you, although ultimately no one can tell you for certain if it will as no one can tell you for certain what the problem is.
