Yes I met a doctor in Paris, who admit that finasteride can be the cause of problems even after quitting.
His name is Claude Dalle. he worked with thierry hertoghe, a belgian doctor, who is a friend of dr Crisler. dr Crisler even said that hertoghe was the best in the field.
The problem for me is that this doctor is very expensive (150 euro per consultation) and I’m a little sceptic as he did not say anything about my high estradiol and prolactin, even if i have got severe chest pain even months after quitting.
So I try now to see doctors in public way, so I can be reimbursed.
JG: so he didn’t give u any terapy?..
On the subject, personally speaking, there has been NO doctor who entertains the notion that fin messed me up in any way (tests seem to come back alright), and in the sense of neurotransmitters, psychiatrists and psychologists eagerly await tying in any past peccadilloes into your overall problem and will want to give you psych meds.
italy:
yes he gave me some drugs :
progesterone, because one test showed i had very very high dht. it made my balls ache the same way finasteride did the first week i took it. i took only second pills, because i wasnt able to sleep at night since it was so painful. i had other dht tests afterwards and they all came normal, so i guess the first one was wrong.
euthyral (for thyroid : comination of t3+t4). i only took it 3 or 4 weeks, so its not enough to make a conclusion.
