Doctor prescribed daily 20MG cialis for 3 months

Hi guys,

Doc recommended 20 mg Cialis for me after a generic version, Modula 5Mg, didn’t work much for me.

I do get harder(maybe 30% more) than I would in the absence of these meds but I still need stimulation and morning erections are very rare and soft.

Also noticed with modula and Cialis that i got morning erections the first two days I took each of these but after that maybe just 1-2 over the course of three weeks. It seems like morning erections occur largely when I am highly stimulated(which is very rare given my libido is nearly gone) THE NIGHT before.

I have been suffering ED and low libido since 6 months now after taking 3 pills of fin. The first time I took 2 pills was in Nov 2019 and i got ok after 3 weeks of ED and low libido.

Anyone else have problems with Cialis? Does this mean I have a severe case of ED? Is 20 Mg Cialis daily harmful? Especially for 3 months. I get somewhat fatigued after cialis the next day.

A urologist I saw said that the idea that daily cialis can rehab a penis has been discredited. He also said that there was no evidence for PFS and warned me that cialis can cause permanent blindness (which is actually lacking in evidence: https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/full/10.1111/aos.14253) so it would seem his knowledge isn’t entirely up-to-date. Honestly though, I don’t doubt him but I would look into the most recent evidence yourself.

I don’t think it would be harmful. It’s up to you to decide if you can handle any side effects that you experience every day for several months. There are some anecdotes that taking cialis often can cause your body to build a tolerance but I don’t think there’s any medical literature that supports this (yet). I’ve somewhat experienced it myself, but I’m sure there are many who can take it often with no problem.

I’ve been to a doctor who knows about PFS and helped a lot of patients. He’s an endocrinologist, an andrologist, a diabithologist at the same time. He’s had hundreds of pfs patients.
He told me not to take any sialis or Viagra. I didn’t ask why. So I don’t recommend it.

Hi Palladium,
Can you ask your doctor about hCG, and if he’s ever prescribed it for anyone, and if it’s had any positive effect?

yes he prescribe HCG after he’s done the blood tests. I can’t ask him anything because I have to go to another city to see him.
