Can you produce this when extremely horny and having sex or masturbating? Were you able to do it before to the same extent? I do get it, but it’s not as much, just like with semen.

Mine seems unchanged. I’ve always had a ridiculous amount when turned on. I danced with a girl the other day for an hour or two and had a boner the whole time. When I went to the bathroom there was so much precum I thought I jizzed my pants for a second. I always get it when I jerk it, too, though I think it’s more watery than it used to be.
