Hello All,
Just like everybody else, I spend the majority of my time in a dark place. However, I find that there are occasions where I momentarily ‘snap back’. It might be the personal lift of bumping into an old friend, hearing something funny, getting a piece of good news, or sometimes I just lift for a minute for no real reason. It only lasts temporarily, but I do get the occasional break. I spoke to my doctor about this (He is very supportive of PFS research) and he reckons its out body’s desperately trying to repair the damage we’ve done to ourselves. In other words, our body and mind knows its damaged and is trying to fight this mental illness. Do you agree with this? Do you ever find yourself getting a mental break from the dark hole we’re in?
