I read the " My Escitalopram Story" in details and would say every word matches with our (or at least my) condition.
*If I don’t watch my diet I will have chronic diarrhea, nausea, cramping, headaches, abdominal pain, fatigue and a hard bloated stomach that makes me look 6 months pregnant.
Guys you have already seen my stomach picture on this forum and this is exactly how I look like.
I think “low P450 enzymes and high toxins in our body” theory carries a lot of weight. We need to dig further and find out what our P450 level is now. How can you explain some days you feel better and other days worse? If you are permanently damaged then you should be feeling the same way all the times? Also why people feel better when they are fasting? My worse time begins after I eat.
