Distilled Water

I guess I should inform on how this experiment turned out. I wasn’t able to carry it out the three months that are apparently necessary to see results. The biggest problem I had was the dizziness that made me feel like I was passing out and jerks of the jaw and of the head when I was trying to sleep. At the same time, I had sides that I attributed to the iodine I had used around this time for a couple of days. I had taken it in water and I began to feel the muscles in my throat weren’t responding as they should when I was eating and drinking, and with this came the terrible feeling and anxiety of choking.

The dizziness and the throat problem eventually went away, but the jerks didn’t, until about a month ago when I decided to try ZMA one night I couldn’t sleep. To my surprise, the jerks immediately stopped. Then the next day I searched magnesium deficiency and found out these dizziness, jerks, throat and anxiety problems could be signs of magnesium deficiency.

So, I guess I can say my experiment with distilled water wasn’t conclusive.

I kinda suspected something like this can happen. Livingdead, i think the rash - part sounded good (whatever happened back then) but the thing is that drinking pure distilled water will also inevitably lead to depletion of your main minerals (thus your discovery). Sure, Weber says that it takes away inorganic minerals but I’m fairly sure it’ll also take away organic ones as well, due to distilled water’s magnetic effects (the water molecule’s bonds are the strongest there is in the whole world of chemistry).
So it might be a good idea to drop the experiment for some months and in the meanwhile eat good food (if you gut is in good shape) and take CHELATED multimineral complex (eg. magnesium glycinate, zinc glycinate, etc) whenever you eat food. You can try the distilled water again after some months once you’ve had enough space to previous one and enough time to absorb nutrients/minerals.

Yeah, it’s possibly not as simple as he says it is.

I do eat healthy, but the multivitamin is a good idea, at least to make sure I’m not lacking anything else.

Thanks for the advice.

You experienced pain in the neck after taking iodine? This could be a sign of Hashimotos.
I experienced the same problem recently after taking Sea Kelp tablets.

I actually thought recently that I’m allergic to seafood and wondered if that would make me more susceptible to have a negative reaction to iodine. In the case of spirulina, if I take it, it has to be when I’m home and I won’t see people because it makes me feel exhausted. So I guess it’s plausible.
