Yeah, I was gonna’ take this stuff–but I found enough evidence to convince me NOT to take it. It does seem counterproductive, I quote from this link: thirdage.com/healthguide/diindolylmethane

It’s more of an anti estrogen/estradiol than it is an anti test drug. That’s why you can purchase it from body building sites. If it was so bad for test, they wouldn’t be selling it.
