different swallowing sensation (more difficult)

i noticed immediately after taking finasteride first, that swallowing (especially drinking) has become more ‘difficult’. It feels like swallowing is not as smooth anymore and more slowly, and I’m more likely to cough because of bad swallowing (i dont know how its said in english)… this is only with drinks though.

Is there anyone who has this too? Its really annoying

This crap gave me really bad dryness. Post crash I was not producing enough saliva. This caused issue while trying to eat. Also made it hard to talk. Its reversed slightly but I still have very bad dry mouth at night.
