I’m wondering how important a role phytoestrogens found in plant food may play, and whether any attention should be payed to regulating our intake of them?
Personally, my own diet is composed almost entirely of vegetables or vegetable products (except soy which I eliminated some time ago). I rarely consume meat or any sort of junk food…just a lot of vegetables and dairy, for the most part.
So in short, could phytoestrogen consumption be capable of having any kind of appreciable effect on one’s T/E ratio?
