diet - better erection in 5 years off propecia

First meai: 1:00 PM

vegetables, Breast chicken (or beef, fish ), fruits, potato.

Second meal: 18:00 PM

1 or 2 Fruits, apple or banana

only drink water along the day. i think is the intermittent fasting.

Also, you feel fine with just 3 meals a day, even with high carbs on most of meals? Doesn’t it cause you hypoglycemia swings?

Almost a paleo diet. Potato is not include on paleo.

After a while on this diet, I decided to change. Improved a lot with this new diet below:

first meal of the day:
8:00 AM
1 tablespoon organic MACA powder
1 juice w/ 2 organic beets, 4 organic carrots, 3 organic kale leafs, 1 apple, 4 broccoli. With the fiber. 1and half glass off water. Everything fresh and raw!

12:30 PM
red meat (raw for a few days ), vegetables and potato. sometime a few raw brocolli

18:00PM
1 juice w/ 2 organic beets, 4 organic carrots, 3 organic kale leafs, 1 apple, 4 broccoli. With the fiber. 1and half glass off water. Everything fresh and raw!

22:00PM
fruits and vegetables. banana, apples, date, guava, figs.

At first I felt severe headaches and urinating all day and all night. After a few days the pain went. I’m having super strong erections at night and morning erections began to appear with greater frequency. I’m feeling awesome. My testicles are giant ever.

its interesting. I was a fat bloated big for almost 20 months, then suddenly with no dietary changes, I became slim with no more bloating and GERD. This syndrome is so strange. I have my theory, and spontaneous and long term improvements actually support it.

Nothing is magical about this. People are lucky if they improve at all. There is no set magical timeline.

I recovered from a lot symtoms. Now my sleep is fantastic, i can sleep 12 hours straight and even when i sleep 4:00am, i sleep 8 hours straight. This is fantastic, before, when i sleep 4am, 9 am i was wakeup.

I still doing diet, and i posted a new diet on theorys forum. My new diet is helping better solid morning woods and libido and sleeping in a earthquake.

i´m not doing this diet anymore, just the new diet.
