I’m feeling great!
After a while on this diet, I decided to change. Improved a lot with this new diet below:
first meal of the day:
8:00 AM
1 tablespoon organic MACA powder
1 juice w/ 2 organic beets, 4 organic carrots, 3 organic kale leafs, 1 apple, 4 broccoli. With the fiber. 1and half glass off water. Everything fresh and raw!
12:30 PM
red meat (raw for a few days ), vegetables and potato. sometime a few raw brocolli
18:00PM

22:00PM
fruits and vegetables. banana, apples, date, guava, figs.
At first I felt severe headaches and urinating all day and all night. After a few days the pain went. I’m having super strong erections at night and morning erections began to appear with greater frequency. I’m feeling awesome. My testicles are giant ever.
I’m starting to feel a lot of aggression throughout the day. if I use 2 tablespoons of maca, my libido increases a lot.
I still have not fully recovered, but I think I found the solution.
Two years ago I had full temporary recovery using arimidex. why? because I believe my body is not properly excrete estradiol. Since arimidex is too strong, i need something very natural to excrete estradiol.
when ever i used tribulus, maca, clomid and tamoxifen, I had no improvements. But with juice, everything changes! kale, broccoli, beets, carots and apple.
