Did you take propecia for frontal or crown loss?

Why did you take finasteride?

• Frontal loss/receding hairline
• Crown loss/thinning and balding on top
• Loss on both the front and the top
• BPH or other prostate and medical problems

Reason I am asking is because I read that estrogen might possibly have a role in frontal hair loss. I know this is not a hair loss forum but the reason I am posting this is legitimate.

I don’t know if you guys read my other post but supposedly some men have been having success in regrowing frontal temple hair with arimidex, even this one guy who says he’s been balding for 25 years. I’ll repost the link just so you can see.

Also I’ve noticed that mostly the guys on here are younger than 30. I have a feeling that hair loss that begins on younger guys might have some different reasons behind it. Same mechanism, but different reasons as to why it happens (I’m thinking cortisol and stuff).

How did you come up with cortisol? Stress raises cortisol, doesn’t it? Are you saying that simply because they say stress can cause hair loss?
