Did anyone NOT have penile shrinkage while having the other symptoms?

I’m having almost every symptom but no penile shrinkage (yet). I’m very, VERY scared for it to happen. Can’t deal with more shit rn

I don’t have shrinkage. My erected penis did not loose length or girth. But still ED.
