My sleep is getting better. It is still horrible but at least its something. I don’t feel strong cravings for food though. I do get hungry but its not intense like before. Did it get better for you guys as time passed? What supplements do you guys recommend?
My appetite came back once my mood stabilized
Improved for me also. I think it’s just time and better overall mood.
