DHT inhibition causing muscular atrophy!

Straight to the point. I feel my pubococcygeus muscle atrophied due to prolonged suppression of dht! Hence the reason why I never get any spontaneous, nocturnal or morning erections any more.

This in mind I have been doing heavy weight lifting to boost hgh, and testosterone with some cardio to aid vascularisation. After a month I would say I’m feeling ever so slightly better but almost imperceptibly so. It is more that I just feel generally stronger.

However, I performed inner hip abduction for a few sets the other day. It’s now added to my leg workout. This morning I woke with a pulsating erection. Months or even years that this has happened without the use of cialis. It was so strong that to urinate I had to lean my upper body at 45 degree angle to my legs in order to be able to get the stream in the pan. Excuse the graphic detail but I thought this might be of interest to someone!

Yes!! Definitely worth sharing. Can’t wait to try hip abduction exercises.

I’ve seen several recoveries that involve working out. Keep it up!

Be careful. I thought I would be OK with the girly hip abductors cos I’ve been benching, squatting and deadlifting (all the man stuff) to exhaustion for a while now. I think it’s day 3 now and I’m still in pain around the groin area. I did the heaviest weight I could, like 50 kilos or there abouts and did 3 sets to exhaustion. It’s a different muscle totally. I would recommend lighter weight, more reps so it doesn’t hurt for so long to begin with. BTW just woke with a.m erection. Not as strong as the last but still pulsing.

Hey man I think there’s a lot of similarities in our experiences based off what you said about the feeling of pelvic floor muscles atrophying, could you dm or post here an update of how you are doing today?
