Does breast enlargement result because of the very low dht, or the high estrogen?
and which hormone is now really responsible for the libido? testo, dht or both?
I would like that one to be cleared up also.

Both.
DHT is an antagonist of Estrogen. Lowering DHT via Finasteride can alter the androgen/estrogen ratio in a man’s body to be more estrogen-dominant, since DHT that would normally convert to Testosterone cannot (as 5AR2 is inhibited by Fin), thus aromatizing into Estradiol instead. Gynecomastia occurs due to elevated estrogen levels in men.
Generally speaking, Testosterone mediates libido. But DHT is also 5x more potent than Testosterone and mediates many of Testosterone’s actions in local tissues, and has been found to be implicated in male sexual and aggressive behaviour.
Reducing DHT can have negative consequences on libido as many found out via Finasteride use. At high levels, Testosterone can “make up” for some of the actions/potency of DHT, but this often requires supraphysiological T levels to be achieved.
