Sim, experimentei junto com Valporato de sódio e estou num estado muito pior. Eu NÃO recomendo usar esse protocolo, você pode estar em uma situação muito pior como a minha. Ryan Russo no YouTube está promovendo esse protocolo narrativo e extremamente perigoso e o DHB fez meus rins doerem desde o primeiro dia em que tive que parar de usá-lo. O Valporato de sódio fez com que eu não tivesse mais contato visual e não conseguisse mais me conectar com minha visão. Por favor, NÃO tente fazer isso. É para o seu próprio bem-estar tentar encontrar uma maneira mais saudável de sair dessa situação.

I can describe one of my mental sides as “to no longer have eye contact and I can no longer connect with my vision” It’s like my brain cannot process all I see, at the same time, I don’t have issues with my vision.

But since the beginning I call it Brain fog.
I’ve never tried any hormones or things like Valproate so far.

I took 10mg/day of dhb ontop of my TRT for a few months. I saw solid muscle, energy and moost boost as well as some libido as well. Unfortunately I can’t obtain it where I live, and it gets seized when I tried to order it from abroad. Worth a shot, imo

@DeathSentenceBR I have the same issues after having caught COVID twice - have you considered that you’re dealing with Post Covid issues?
