In June 2011 found your forum. That was best move in last patetic decade.
Took DHEA prohormone 25 mg for 5 days, than for 10-15 dana Tribestan (Tribullus terrestis) 3x2 (1.5 g/daily) noticed some improvement in the mood and concentration , some improvement in cronical fatigue, just slight improvement in quantity in ejaculation, but still serious ED.

Hormones: 13.07.11.

August 2011: 3 days broccoli therapy, than Rojal yelly (9 caps.x500mg/daily) for 6 days.First day of Rojal yelly treatment finnaly noticed improvement in ED department (after long time, with man.stimulation), but still genital numbness and insensitivity, other 5 days deterriorated to beggining point). Started with phyisical activity (running). Reduced cofee, no milk, no cakes,no bananas, no alcohol (with one exception).
20.08.11 OMEGA3 fatty acids in fish-oil(2-3 softgels daily), Zinc(twinlab), 30 mg morning and 30 mg evening, for 3 days.Noticed improvement in ED, than again couple of days Rojal Jelly (9 caps.x500mg/daily). Noticed improvement in ED and in last 2 days even in sensitivity. Physical activity (running) almost every day.

Plan for next period: test for vitamin D3 levels, test for cholesterols, and Iron, cortisol (24h urin –test) in following next days. IGF- test and DHT test in hospital, when possible.
Therapy plan in following period: ZMA formula (Zinc, Magnesium,B6) (30-60 mg)for 2 weeks- to improve morning erections, than D3 vitamin in dose of 5000 I.U./daily (for certain period), than again Rojal yelly in high doses. Also considering L-arginine as therapeutic option.

Any suggestions and comments of my lab are welcome, also interventions in therapy plan is allouded, but only smart ones.

Laters, Desperado.

Although you have a lot of lab results, it is impossible to judge what’s going on from them. In particular, you are missing three key hormones: E2, RT3, cortisol.
You have chronic fatigue, hence you certainly have a thyroid or cortisol issue. Why don’t you and your dr investigate these hormones? Note that ED may be caused by low cortisol. Note also that cortisol must be measured via a saliva x4 test, not a blood test.

sorry forgot this one:

27.07.11.

estradiol: 109.70 pmol/L expected values (M): 28.0-156.0

p.s. iron, D3, total fats (with cholesterol) will be done tommorow, cortisol test (24h, urinary sample) will be done these days.

Cheers, Desperado.

Not really a ‘certainty’, could be 101 things.

No it doesnt.

Interesting. Any more information about this??

they said like: “this finding is weird”, and thats all.

My modest opignion: since one electrode was connected to my penis, it can show my penile insensivity, due to the weak signal. Isnt ithat so? (while testing SSEP: one electrode was on head, one on left toe, one on penis).

On the other hand, MR of sacroiliacal spine showed that there is no nerve comprression, nerves are intact.

Comments are welcome.

Another member has had the same test performed. With similar results:

I think hes getting some more testing in this area too. I really want to know what has happened to the nerves. What is meant by a ‘legion’ on the nerve, for example?

Probably meant “lesion”, ie a disruption in the pathway.

“leasio” is latin word, that means: “injury” (common phrase in law therminology, as well)

Mew, you should try royall jelly. Just find patented capsules which will keep powder safe to pass the stomac and his acid, get to the small intestine (ph=7.2) and from there direct to blood. take it for 2 weeks, and then I ll ask you how do u feel.

Desperado.

Interesting. I think i got benefits from the cheap royal jelly capsules rather than the expensive organic stuff that i ordered.

yes, thats exactly what I am saying, CAPSULES are ok if they are well patented. Fresh form neccesarly loses some of their benefits with so called liofiliosation process, and that is unavoidable. Find good Capsules (do not mix them with pastillas), swallow them with with meals.

one more thing: if something is “cheap” on market that doesnt mean it has no value. If capsules are working for you, than they have no price. Isnt it so?

Soon more updates.

bone methabolysm markers:
vitamin D3 (25-OH)D3 = 11.9 nmol/L ref.27.7-107.0

Started supplemetation with D3 drops (brand:PLIVA) a 25 drops per day (5.000 I.U).

Any suggestion is appreciated.

Desperado.

Your E2 is too high. Note though that addressing this issue directly by taking aromatase inhibitors is not going to make you feel good in the long run. (Other people tried it)
In terms of what strategy to follow, some people wait and hope for improvements, some people take supplements, some people go for the hormonal route. I was in groups 1-2, but I continued to get worse, so I decided to migrate into the third group. If you go for the hormonal route too, my personal suggestion is to address thyroid and adrenal hormones first, without addressing the sex hormones. In many people’s experience, addressing sex hormones make you feel like crap, while addressing thyroid and adrenal hormones is going to bring relief in many areas, but not necessarily in the sex area, unfortunately.

Keep us posted about your urinary cortisol results.

Hi,

as some of forum-users are fammiliar with, from recently I am occupied about possibility of role of microbical pathogens to make significant impact on human general health, as well as my personal health. That is the reason I am investigating things in such directions, so I did the candida antibodies test.

blood test 12.09.2011.
CANDIDA IgG = 50.6 H U/mL ref. < 30

(results are after 7 days I quit starch products and lowered consuming of sugar, before that IgG on candida was probably even higher).

I ll try to find some regimen on diet and medications and do further investigations.

Greetings,
Desperado.
