Depression and panic attacks - hormonal problems after having sex

Since my improvements reversed a little bit I have to write another update. My goal was to be able to have an orgasm every second day, what I considered to be normal. I was optimistic in October/November of last year but as soon as I raised the frequency my symptoms began to increase. What also happened in November for the first time was total ed and lack of libido for one day. I started my abstinence phase and had no ed or libido problems, although it wasn’t really hard to stay abstinent for months, which is of course a sign for a lacking libido. But I managed to get an erection every day without physical stimulation. After stopping the abstinence I was very optimistic because the number of symptoms and it´s intensity decreased a lot.
So I was enthusiastic, I thought I was able to have a girlfriend again, got a little love sick with a woman, which stressed me a lot. Slept with a woman by which I didn’t manage to get a real strong erection. Wanted to sleep a second time with her and wasn’t able to get an erection at all – had no libido and felt no connection to my dick. I also did not feel great mentally and was afraid to get on the downward spiral again. What I also noticed is feeling the old cold burning after peeing and I have to think this has something to do with a bacterial infection.
Now I am 1,5 weeks after the last orgasm and 4 days after the full ed. Libido still isn’t great but at least I am able to get a strong erection again. Mentally I feel good again now, but I still need some time to reach 100% health. I don´t know, what was the reason for the regress. Maybe it was the stress, maybe the higher frequency.
Anyway I started supplementing with L-Arginine. I will also try L-Glutamine and NAC. If that won´t work I´ll try the methylation regime. I will report the results.

I have been drinking alcohol lately and my libido is through the roof

My progress went further down. Brainfog appeared again pretty bad and I developed total ed. I didn’t have any problems with that when I stopped Fin 2,5 years ago. My symptoms were the worst after an ejaculation. Now this seems to have totally disappeared. An orgasm does not affect me in any way. So this is of course good. But suddenly I wasn´t able to get an erection anymore. This appeared with a woman what could have been performance anxiety – but also with the hottest porn. I watched it and felt nothing. Now I know what some guys are talking about. My dick was limp, I felt no connection and even with physical stimulation it didn’t work. I couldn’t believe it. I asked myself why in my case I developed the symptoms so many guys have 2.5 years after the last pill.
I had these problems for weeks. But I thought there was a connection between the cold burning after peeing and the ed. So I started the broccoli treatment. Every morning I cook 250g drink some of the juice and drink the rest and eat it in the night. I took L-Arginine every morning and evening and L-Glutamine every night. Now I thought about what I did to make the progress in the last months before the downswing. So I started the steambaths again.
In a very short time this helped with the brainfog again. While doing it I noticed a lot of snot to loosen up when I did this although I didn’t have a cold. Afterward I could breathe better. Maybe some kind of a sinusitis causes my brainfog. I checked a 2 year old brain scan report and it also said sinusitis. I also started Maca root again. Hadnt stopped Niacin and some vitamins. So some days later after changing to this regime my libido improved and I don’t have any ed anymore. Now I get hard erections very easily again.
So what causes the upswing now? L-Arginine should cause improvements with libido after some weeks, but I don´t think this is the reason. I think it has to do with the disappearance of the cold burning. Broccoli treatment and L-Arginine are both helpful with a bladder infection – any kind of a bacterial infection. Both should boost your immune system as well. Same goes for the sinusitis. Steam baths and immune booster are helping here. Though there is still a little brainfog.
Overall state is good again. I will see for how long.

So here my story continues. At first the bad news though I am not really concerned about it yet. The last quarter of 2012 I noticed a little hurting knob behind my glans. This thing grew but stopped and the hurting stopped too. Because 2 cm behind it a new knob started to grow I went to an urologist. Though my penis wasn’t bent while having an erection I thought this must be peyronie´s disease and the Dr. confirmed it. As far as I know there isn’t much what I can do and until now I don’t have any major issues…

But there is also good news. In my worst days I had major problems after ejaculating. This occurred some hours afterwards and lasted until one week later. In case I ejaculated for example 3 days after the last time hell would break lose for me. I tried a lot. A few things helped a little. So I went abstinent for 5 Months and my symptoms were much much weaker after stopping the abstinent time. But after an ejaculation I felt pumped out. It felt like my libido must be charged up again. I had real problems to get an erection the days after an ejaculation. One time I thought to have a full blown ed. But luckily this changed – Maybe with the help of L-Arginine and Maca. I don’t have any ed problems anymore.

But the best thing about my condition right now is I almost have no symptoms after an ejaculation anymore. In the last 9 days I had 4-5 orgasms. My goal was to be able to have sex every second day. If I could manage that, I would be able to have a normal relationship. So now I am able to.
Only Symptoms that occur are prickling and cold legs afterwards. Sometimes I get very tired afterwards maybe a little dizzy. But I cannot say this causes anxiety or depression anymore.
An Otorhinolaryngologist confirmed a slight chronic sinusitis after making a ct. Maybe this also brainfog related. I will keep doing steam baths and take a special nose spray.

Mentally I feel okay. But the years of fighting this thing, not being able to live properly made me feel a little empty. But at least now I think I have the control over my life again. This part of my life comes to an end and I can focus on other things again. So if my condition stays this way there is nothing much to complain about anymore.

In regards of supplements this is what I take these days:
3mg L-Arginine in the morning and evening
3 Mg Maca root in the morning.
2 cups of boiled broccoli juice in the morning – 1 + the broccoli in the night
3mg L-Glutamine in the evening (though I don’t know if it helps)
500 mg Niacin every 3-4 days
NAC now and then – don’t know if it helps.
Now and then Vit D 1000ui and vit b12 1200 – but I don’t feel a difference whether I take it or not – but I am in the sun often so I think vit d supplementation isn’t necessary.
Now and then Lysin – but I don’t feel a difference.
Gaba every night for better sleep for some days now – but cannot say something yet
Whey protein shake every day
So I think the most effective supplements for me are L-Arginine , Maca root and Niacin.

quick update and probably the last one

I hoped to get to a pre fin state and there are times where I think I am not far from it.

My biggest problem was my condition after an orgasm. This improved alot. What happens now is I get very sleepy now afterwards what´s okay in the night. But if I am in the middle of a day my brain feels quite foggy for the rest of the day. But this is not really dramatic. It´s just a stupid state. I still feel a coldness in hands and leggs, my feet are tingling a bit but all these things are not really hard to deal with. The day after I still feel some of these but it´s not really bad. I can live with that…

Sometimes my libido is quite weak. On those days it´s hard to get an erection. On these days my penis feels strange, is thinner look strange and is shorter. But in general I have no problems to get and mantain an erection.

I dont have a real regime anymore. I still take Niacin, some amino acids, maca, Vit D but only now and then… I eat a normal diet. I don´t notice a difference If I eat healthy or junk food. But I think my progress benefited a lot from some changes in my diet and from some supplements.

With the state I managed to get I am able to live. So there is no need to update here anymore. I think everthing I tried is written down in my member story. I wish you all the luck. Bye!
