Demyelination / Neuropathy - Diagnosis + Treatment Thread

No this cerebrolysin drug, its not very expensive. Brazilian, did your friends dad say how many shots he needed?

I guess two cicles…like one shot everyday for 5 days…weekend off…then again the same thing for 3 more weeks, two months of rest and then another round just like the last one.

first week Monday tuesday wed thursday friday sat(off) sun(off)
second week Monday tuesday wed thursday friday (off) (off)
third week Monday tuesday wed thursday friday (off) (off)
fourth week Monday tuesday wed thursday friday (off) (off)

Two Months…

first week Monday tuesday wed thursday friday sat(off) sun(off)
second week Monday tuesday wed thursday friday (off) (off)
third week Monday tuesday wed thursday friday (off) (off)
fourth week Monday tuesday wed thursday friday (off) (off)

Gotcha… Interested

but then again…if you do one round and that works for you…why do another one? ( just thinking out loud) the guy was paraplegic you know…so maybe that why he needed two.

Well, for what it’s worth, I had a cervial (neck) MRI back in August to investigate some neck / upper back pain.

Immediately after getting out of the MRI machine, I pretended to be super interested in the software the technician (cute girl about my age) was using. She showed me some of the images if my insides (which she wasn’t supposed to do) so I asked her if she could assess the integrity of my myelin sheaths. She said that that was something that the physician looks at.

The MRI came back completely normal, btw.

And yes… I suspect that my CNS is all effed up, permanently.

then why dont you try it?

I think it’s a massive assumption that it causes pudenal neuropathy. Has there been any scientific evidence that finasteride affects neurosteroids?

Someone try this… NOW! NOW! DO IT NOW!

  1. We have the clinical results of 13 PFSers testing positive for pudendal neuropathy.
  2. Please see attached paper and chart outlining steroid concentration before and after finasteride, including Allopregnanolone. (Hint: suppressed)

[Edit: the forum is not allowing me to upload these documents right now, so I sent them to the admins to hopefully add in later]

how could i get this? If I need a script my doc will not be too willing to prescribe an alzheimers med to a 23 yr old. But I am considering giving this a try.

You can buy it online, see previous posts. Anyway I dont think its specific to alzhimers disease, plead your case to your doc, you’ve nothing to lose anyway. I’d try it but its not available in my country.

Ill order this tomorrow at work (smart phones giving me issues). Guess ill just get the 1ml doses to start. I can always increase it. Everything looks legit about this i guess i have not much to lose. Shipping takes 8-20 days. If it works, ill definately have to budget some money its a little pricey. Hope it works though.

Yes the 1 ml…injections is what most people use…and get the best results…1 ml every day for 5 days…weekends of and repeat that for the next following 3 weeks…then a 2 month break and if you feel the need…do another round

“Therapeutic administration with neurotrophic proteins (IGF I) is associated with potential reversal of degeneration of spinal cord motor neuron axons in certain peripheral neuropathies”

All you guys had your HGH/IGF/IGFP levels checked?

My IGF-1 (6 years ago, 1 year post crash) was 2x above range. Have not had HGH tested.

i really want to order this and try it but i can’t imagine ever being able to inject myself with something. have you guys done it? is it really risky? i watched a video on how to do it and i still wish i could have someone who’s trained do it for me - but if they are trained… they’re probably not going to be into injecting meds that were bought over the internet and not prescribed, right?

hmm…

Did anyone ever try this?

After reading up on this. It looks like you have to take it regulary and it’s dependent on re-dosing. But really don’t understand why you would take this…

got a better idea?

Well this Drug’s purpose isn’t anything to do with what finasteride did.
What are you wanting to use it for?
