Finasteride is probably the most dangerous “mainstream” legal drug on the planet. If you have what is currently suspected to be a genetic susceptibility to what causes pfs after exposure to the drug then the consequences can be incredibly serious. Balding is a laughable matter compared to pfs. As there is no test to screen for this genetic susceptibility prior to taking the drug, I would strongly advise against trying it, even tentatively. I took 4 doses of 0.25 mg, a tiny amount. In the months that followed, my brain was blown to pieces, I could barely eat, could barely sleep, suffered a previously unimaginable depression, penis desensitised, muscle loss, facial softening, couldn’t scroll on a computer screen without feeling something akin to a seizure, insane vertigo symptoms, brain pressure.
Do not take this drug.

Don’t take it, if you do there will be severe consequences if you end up with the crash. If you care about libido and your genitals I would advise you to stay clear away from this shit, do not take any 5AR inhibitor for hairloss, Finasteride is also used for transgender males going female because it shrinks prostate and genitals not to mention you can end up with chronic fatigue joint issues and be a mess mentally after stopping this poison please just don’t use it, some men take 1 pill and that’s it, others get the crash years after usage, please don’t take this poison.
Don’t believe anyone on those hairloss forums either saying how they say it’s safe. Clearly it isn’t and us guys here are suffering.

Just shave it it’s your safest bet, don’t worry about body hair I would kill to have body hair over this miserable condition
