im 2 years post fin now and ive been able to make some decent progress due to this exercise, i have penis numbness, very low libido , low vol juice, shitty lame orgasms , groin pain, very weak urine stream and juice shots…
ive started working on the transversus abdominis muscle (inner abs muscle, ) and my pelvic floor and im seeing some decent improvements! i cant say it will help you all but you can try! the exercise goes like this:
get yourself on 4 and extend your opposite leg and arm (bring them up: left leg with right arm etc…) while you vacuum your belly , balls and anus as hard as you can, hold this for 3-4 secs and switch to the opposite leg and hand, do these 10 times for 5-6 reps 4-5 times a week… at start for some it will be hard but you’ll see great results in a month or so!
im 2 month with these exercises i have much thicker seamen, i got normal urine stream (for 2 years i had fucking pee leaking from my penis), i shot seamen much better and i almost lost the pain in my groins after i orgasm, still my libido is quiet lame but increased a bit and also penis sensation! it feels like ive awaken some dead mechanism in my pelvic…
the second thing is that every month more or less i get a day that im extreme super horney, my libido rises from 3 to 10 and penis sensation is great ! but after i jizz i crash again, the good thing is that i think penis sensation loss in not permanent and it more of a hormonal thing… one strange thing is that if i have sex and i dont jizz my libido drops to 0 permanently till next time i jizz, its like i crash again!
