Debunking the thought that PFS is an Androgen Driven Disease

Im welcome to counterarguments of course.
I’ll start with hair loss post Accutane.
Ive had diffuse hair loss over my entire body including the scalp, eyebrows, and eyelashes.
Ive also had many of the symptoms described on here that could be considered classic PFS.
Thoughts?

Almost all human hair follicles are influenced by
androgens except some specific areas of the body
which produce terminal hair in childhood such as
eyelashes, eyebrows, and many scalp follicles
where androgens have no obvious effect [2].

2.2.1 Androgen insensitivity syndrome
The mechanism of androgen action in hair
follicles has been illustrated by various forms of
androgen insensitivity syndrome. Individuals
with this syndrome are characterised by an XY
genotype but they exhibit a female external
phenotype. These individuals lack functional
androgen receptors. Although they have normal
or raised circulating androgen levels, they lack
beard, pubic, and axillary terminal hair and they
do not undergo androgen-dependent scalp hair
thinning [38]. This confirms that the terminal hair
growth in these sites of the body is androgen
dependent, whereas follicles in other sites such as
scalp, eyebrows, and eyelashes are androgen
independent.

I will add to this, its not to say maintaining the male phenotype is not important throughout the lifespan which would include proper AR regulation or expression, what I mean is maybe it doesnt stop here.
I can think of older people, alot of actors, where their facial features start to feminize as they get older.

I will say that p.acnes patent, well the closest I can get with that dairy strain, might have had a positive impact on my hair health. I might post a pic. I could say theres alot more going on with this strain then just possibly having an influence on AR expression.
It is extremely potent though, especially with the acid it produces.
Theres alot of talk on butyrate, these are the other scfas
I just dont know yet.
I keep going back and forth with this and the bifido 35624 strain, trying to figure out whats what, because you’re talking about possible bacterial resistance, dumping hormones (increased circulation) and just basically going through some things, its not something to be figured out in a matter of days.

I might post a few pics.
