Has anyone had any success in treating this with anything other than under eye lotion? Obviously it is caused by deeper problems. Does anyone know the reason behind why fin causes soft tissue to dry out and thin? is it hormonal as well?
mine is getting pretty bad. im beginning to look sickly.

Low cortisol is supposed to cause dark circles under the eyes. I have this too.
I also used to get the dry skin patches but it would be on my forehead and on the upper lip. I started taking a vit e supp and I would also sometimes break open a vit e gel tab and put it directly on the effected area. That pretty much took care of it. I get dark circules under the eyes but that could be due to lack of regular sleep that none of us seem to get anymore.
My dark circles are far more pronounced first thing in the morning, anyone else have this problem?
It’s like my eyes are still half closed and it looks and feels horrible for the first few minutes when I wake up. Lack of deep sleep is a likely culprit perhaps, but I now sleep seven hours quite easily and don’t suffer from tiredness so who knows.
Has this gone away for anyone? If so, what helped?
