Dapoxetine for PE

I know all of us here are averse to trying new drugs, I am at least.
I got really BAD Premature E at the onset of my symptoms. In fact that was the first symptom, weird I know.
After that I had the crash. I have avoided girls and socializing partly due to this and the numbness of course.

I found good reviews on Dapoxetine, many success stories when it comes to PE. This is the only approved drug for PE (in Europe but not yet US). It affects the serotonin level which I am pretty sure got messed up for us. It is like an SSRI but a very fast acting one that gets cleared out of the body quickly (short half life).

Anyway I am not here to advertise but to seek opinion. This drug has been out in Europe for some time. Anyone used? I think a combination of cialis + dapox should allow those of us with moderate ED to go out again.

Why don’t you just do kegel exercises rather than pumping more drugs into your fragile body?

kegal won’t help, maybe very little.

I tried Dapoxetine a few times and did not notice a whole lot. If you read the studies it increased the average ejaculation time from about 90 seconds to about 150 seconds.

I have noticed that reverse kegels (not the same as regular kegels) and Minipress help the most with PE. However, Minipress lowers my BP too much.

My kegel routine is do 15 mins of quick squeezes and 30 seconds holds for as many as i can do. When I crashed my PE was so bad even putting a condom on would make me ejeculate. Now doing much better. What about you?

I ejaculate very fast, maybe less than 20-30 seconds.

Do you do it for 15 minuts? It is a lot.
